Before you head out.
Is this an escape room?
It brings escape-room-style problem solving outdoors. Depending on the game, you’ll open locks, solve a mystery, find treasure, or complete photo and video challenges around Hawaii.
How long should we allow?
Games have 60 or 90 minutes of playing time. Allow additional time for the introduction and finish. For group events, we’ll confirm the complete schedule with you.
Can just two people play?
Yes. The Safe and Vanished in Paradise welcome groups of two. Duke’s Revenge and Tourist Trap also offer two-player bookings with the private upgrade. Two adults plus that upgrade total before booking fees.
Where do we meet?
Each game has its own meeting point, shown in its details and booking instructions. The Safe and Vanished in Paradise currently meet near the rideshare pickup at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort; we do not operate a storefront there.
Do we need a phone?
Haumea’s Quest uses an app for photo and video submissions. At least one charged iPhone or Android phone with mobile data is needed per team. Your booking instructions will explain what to download.
